A good HR expert offers more than HR knowledge. These days, it is essential for such an expert to have extensive management experience based on in-depth and applied marketing knowledge.

I also analyse and optimise your HR processes and define relevant measures for you – notably based on the employee life cycle model.

SMEs often grow quickly but lack the
appropriate staff for development. This means HR expertise for analyses and measures is essential. It is not uncommon for companies to have no unbiased external view of situations and processes. At all these levels, I provide support for strategic planning, but also in specific operational areas for the purpose of efficient implementation.
