Case Management

We carry out professional case management based on the control loop of CM, adapted to the processes of our clients. We carry out case management in a professional, sustainable, resource-oriented manner, but with clear target action plans, tailored to the individual client.

After an initial interview and assessment dialogue with your employee, we will provide you with a clear plan of goals and actions. The next steps are reported in detail on a regular basis.

We coordinate with HR, superiors, but also with external parties of clients (insurance companies, specialists and therapists, lawyers, representatives, IV (disability insurance fund), RAV (regional employment centre), etc.) optimally and in a goal-oriented manner.

 

Job coaching

Whether it is going back to the original job or taking up a different position in your company, we support employees, superiors, and teams with reintegration. We are also happy to provide (only) the support required to get back to the workplace in the form of coaching for superiors and employees with the involvement of HR.

We conduct a thorough assessment dialogue. After that the resources, potential, and reference values (related to requirements, personality, motivation, competencies) are defined to determine the position. A job search profile is created in development planning. After clear application coaching (drafting application documents, matched to the profile, interview techniques, defining further application strategy (job portals, associations/networks, social media, blind applicants, recruiters, etc.) the job search can begin.

If you are taking steps in a new direction outside your company or looking for a job outside, we support the transition process (see above) and also work with other professional intermediaries from the network for the process of placement itself, so that the job search is even more efficient.

 

New placement

We are also happy to take the responsibility for new placements in the event of layoffs of employees. We get in touch with the employee immediately after the notification of the layoff, work out new prospects, and make sure that he/she remains productive and support him/her in coaching and of course in HR or social security issues.

We determine the current requirement, define a clear goal, a competence profile, and draft up-to-date professional application documents. In addition, we cover job application coaching (interview techniques, communication techniques, etc.).

We offer regular coaching sessions according to the resource-oriented approach.

For larger assignments (e. g. mass layoffs) we are happy to work with partners from our network in this area, e. g. if a new placement is wanted elsewhere (placement).
